Erris/Castlebar Rams 'We Stay on Top!'  The Erris Rams have completed their first year competing in the I.A.F.L. (Irish American Football League) with outstanding results with the resources available to them. The Rams won 33.3% of all games played with only a handful of players playing both sides of the ball. During the last exhibition of the year they held the champions of the DV8's within one score. More players have joined and a full squad will join for our first practice on the 23rd January 2010 in Castlebar, County Mayo. When pressed to sum up the team in a few words the coach said 'Heart, heart and more heart;thats the Erris Rams!' The RAMS are looking forward to a strong 2010 season. Be a RAM! Be on Top!
